Blackberry questian number 2?

right so i took your advice and i lugged i into the laptop, and a red light come on and the screen went white, then the white screen went and because i took the battery out a symbol come up on the screen as a battery wiv a cross through it, so i put the battery back in and then the phone started loading again, then it gets 3 quaters of the way through and then it stops loading and just freezes :S HELP! ASAP!?
