I have something in my eye! help !?!?

well , i feel like i have something in my eye. wen i look around i see somthing like a really light black color , its tiny , but it kind of looks like an eyelash. i tired puttin water in my eye, opening my eye under water, everything, i dont knoe what to do. im scared , im scared that like ill qo blind or somthing because i knoe that your eye is supposed to flush it out by itself , n dats why we cry, i went to my doctors and da man didnt see anything. im scared because i knoe its there. waht do i do???
