Question on sleep disorders?

This all started about a year ago. I wake up at intervals during the night and go back to sleep about 30 to 45 minutes after waking. I am not having night terrors, I am not stressed, actually I am very blessed and am very happy with my job. Early last year I found out I was pregnant and I thought it was just do to pregnancy. Of course with all the crazy feedings at night I just figured it was my mommy senses going off. The baby has been sleeping now through the night for 2 months and still 4 to 5 times a night I wake up out of no where and go back to sleep in 30 to 45 minutes. I have noticed I am having headaches and my neck is sore. I have tried taking Melatonin and various other over the counter medications, taking warm baths at night, eating oatmeal, no caffeine before bed or sugar. I have tried every suggestion on every website. Has anyone out there ever had this issue, what do you do to fix it? I am hesitant to be placed on any prescription sleep aids due to addiction, please help I am at the end of my rope.
