What should I get for my dogs 1st birthday?

I have a Welsh Springer Spaniel and it will be her 1st birthday soon. I've been looking forward to her birthday for ages and was wondering what would be suitable to get her and what should I get her? Toy? luxury dog food? She likes chasing after things and likes food a lot and chewy things.
