Absolutely cannot legally do. Designs are protected by copyright, and trademarks are protected as well. You would have to create your own designs, register your own trademark, and register the copyright for your original designs. Then you get quotes from manufacturers, sign a contract, have the items made to your specifications, then sell them. What you are proposing can get you sued for everything you own and everything you might earn/own for the rest of your life, and/or can get you thrown in Club Fed for 5 yrs + $250,000 fine - per item - if criminally prosecuted.
