Does anyone understand the NIC payments on a P60?

NIC isn't done on a ulative basis like tax. Each week/month is done in isolation. Therefore two people ending up with the same amount of pay at the end of the year could pay different amounts of NIC if monthly amounts differ. You would need to see your employer's working sheet (form P11) to be able to see how it is made up.
