I have an 8 year old male lab he is scooting and his poo is green any help at all would be great?

this has been an ongoing problem for almost 2 months have been to several vets they give me cream to rub onto his bottom but it is not helping the color of his poo, so any suggestion at all would be greatly appreciated i just want to help my dog thanks all in advance
