Does anyone beleave in alians, warewolves, vamps,chubracobra etc?

Not that i beleave or anything, but im just wandering why every one beleaves in a god? He walks on water, turns water into blood, gives 8 loaves of bread to thousands of people, And divides the water and has a giant hand come out of the sky! Whats the difference?Am i crazy if i beleave in vamps?
