Is this an Appendicitis? Or constipation?

hmm that doesn't sound to much like appendicitis, you would feel severe pain and i would ume that it would've burst by now since it is sunday and appendicitis is very quick and painful. and judging that your temperature is normal i would say that it is probably from being constipated. try drinking some light liquids like juices and water so that you don't upset your tummy. you can go to the doctor and let them know that you think it might be appendicitis but i think you should be fine . BUT if you are worried get it checked out by a doctor and get a complete confirmation that it is nothing to worry about.
