Help me identify this song please!?

Ok, I heard it on 104.5 yesterday in the afternoon. I don't recall what the lyrics are but I have heard this song before. What sticks out to me is this. I believe they said the word "yeah" consecutively. Also, there was a small soft guitar rift they threw in their occasionally. It reminded me of the beginning of the song "No Rain". Sorry for the lack of details.
