How does this effect impact on judges?

most all judges are good and honerable and officers and prosecuters are mostly corupt in court does this make the judges look bad to when officals lie or create propagandas to get peole to lie for the so the judge gets played like a fiddle I bet it really T them off because the judge got alot of work to do and officers present fussy puttin head game case to them how more so does it effect justice
