I have a BS in Mgmt, in 6 mos, will have MBA in HR. Should I get another Masters or pursue my Phd?

I am currently working as a Sales/Distribution ociate. I plan to work in the HR field. In February, I will have my Master's in HR. Which degree should I pursue next? Another Masters, maybe in Organizational Management and Development, or should I attempt to start working on my Doctorate?
