My moms health care aide went to take in the garbage pail today,it was snowing and my alzhiemered?

father was inside,concocting up another prank for the aide,,he went and locked her out in the cold snowy weather! she was banging on the door and windows to be let in! i was out and when i got back she told me whart had happened,she banged on my moms bedroom window and my mom told my dad to open the door.hes got a deep hatred for aides and will do anything in his power to let them know that theyre not wanted here,hes thrown out two aides already. this aide,is a regular weekday aide shes been with us three years now.im wondering if she will notify my brother about what my dad did,sometimes she dosent do it ,she should tell my brother every litte thing he does because hes not aware of things and thinks dad is not mentally ill.i mean dad is going to do the impossible someday that will make my brother think differently.i think that the aide shouldnt let the things my father does be ignored because my dad will think he could do as he darn well pleases and get away with it,im afraid to go to bed at night knowing that my dad will or try to create a disturbance with my bedridden mother,and in turn wake me up and get me angry.
