Shopping help! Craft supplies and clothing items!!!!?

I need to buy extra fabric,(several different kinds) lots of beads, retro shoes or neon high heels, a short white dress like thing and white shorty shorts or a white strapless top with white shorty shorts, pink tights, lots of fake or real candy, a giant loly pop, bright colorful and sparkly eyeshadow, a blue or lavender wig, and lots of bright jewelry. What stores should I go to? I live in Canada so that might help. I was thinking of a thrift shop, and a dollar store?!?! Would those be good? Please help! And thx in advance.
