Have you looked at Giuliani's plan for health care?

To me is sounds allot like the health care plan that bush announced 9 months ago, which sounds allot like welfare health care for the middle cl and the rich, Medicaid for the poor and the low income Americans that make to much to qualify for Medicaid but can't afford health care can go flog themselves.
