Why won't my college let me start a White People club? (read description)?

Alright, so my college has a social club for every type of major ethnic group, they have a "Black Power" "Asian Alliance" "Middle Eastern Coalition" "Native Americans United" "Hispanics United". They have a social club for every major ethnic group except whites/Caucasians. So I proposed to the Administrations office for permission to form an official White people's club, but they turned me down saying that it was racist and unnecessary. How can they legally let every other ethnic group form a social club but forbid a white social club? It sounds to me the administration are the racist ones?
